TrueVyapari is not a manufacturer, seller, distributor, transporter, bank, payment gateway, insurer or escrow service.

2Our Services

We provide:

• Business Verification
• Physical Order Verification
• Verified Vyapari
• Preferred Vyapari
• Prime Vyapari

Our verification is based on information and inspection available at the time of verification.

3Physical Order Verification

Before a buyer makes payment, TrueVyapari may physically verify:

• Business existence
• Order availability (where applicable)
• Business documents (as applicable)
• Business location
• Other verification parameters decided by TrueVyapari

Verification represents our findings only at the time of inspection.

4Payments

TrueVyapari does not collect, hold or control buyer payments.

All payments are made directly by the buyer to the seller.

TrueVyapari is not responsible for:

• Payment delays
• Banking issues
• Failed transactions
• Payment fraud
• Payment disputes

unless expressly agreed in writing.

5No Guarantee

Verification does not guarantee:

• Future business performance
• Product quality
• Delivery
• Profitability
• Absence of fraud
• Uninterrupted business operations

Verification only indicates that the business and/or order was verified based on the applicable verification process.

6Seller Responsibilities

Every seller is solely responsible for:

• Products
• Quality
• Pricing
• Dispatch
• Transport
• Warranties
• Taxes
• Legal compliance
• Customer commitments

7Buyer Responsibilities

Buyer should:

• Independently review business information
• Verify commercial terms
• Check invoices
• Verify GST details where applicable
• Inspect goods after delivery

Buyer should make payment only after being satisfied with the verification report.

8Transport & Delivery

Once payment is made, transportation and delivery remain solely between buyer, seller and logistics provider.

TrueVyapari is not responsible for:

• Transport delays
• Damaged goods
• Lost shipments
• Courier disputes

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueVyapari shall not be liable for:

• Business losses
• Indirect losses
• Consequential damages
• Loss of profit
• Delayed delivery
• Seller default
• Buyer default

10Suspension

TrueVyapari may suspend or remove any listing if:

• False documents are submitted
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Business information is misleading
• Terms are violated

11Intellectual Property

All logos, content, verification badges, certificates and trademarks belong to TrueVyapari.

Unauthorised use is prohibited.

12Privacy

User information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13Changes

TrueVyapari may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.

14Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts having jurisdiction at Varanasi, UP shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
